In 2015, I retired as a detective from South San Francisco Police Department. After retirement, I returned to school and am now a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with my own private practice in San Bruno and specialize in working with first responders. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and CISM.
I am a member of the SSFPD’s peer support team, the San Mateo County CISM team, and volunteer with West Coast Post Trauma Retreat (WCPR). I am also a regional wellness trainer for University of San Diego and teach Wellness and Resilience for the San Mateo County’s Crisis Intervention Team training.
